dc.descriptionThe patient presented with micrognathia, microstoma and microglossia with deformaty of the thorax with a small pelvis and 'rocker bottom' feet.
dc.descriptionAutopsy findings : 1. Ventricular septal defect with a open ductus arteriosus and foramen ovale.
dc.description2. Pulmonary hypertension.
dc.description3. Mickel's diverticulum with ectopic panreatic tissue in the small intestine.
dc.description4. Bronchopneumonia.
