Abstract
From the observations made on: normal ewes as well as on spayed ewes
following treatment with stilboestrol and pregnant mare serum, evidence
is presented showing that seasonal anoestrus in merino ewes is closely
associated with a decreased physiological response of the uterus and vagina
to oestrogens.
