dc.description |
Eloff had a particular fascination with different religions and this interest in the spiritual inspired the Weeping Jew, representing the history of the Jewish people . The work was brought back from Paris after Eloff’s death and was later cast in bronze by his family. This posthumous cast is in the collection of the Pretoria Art Museum. |
