Abstract
A serological survey was conducted to determine the prevalence of
antibodies to Newcastle disease virus in apparently healthy and
unvaccinated adult indigenous chickens. Haemagglutination inhibiting
antibodies to Newcastle disease virus were found in the sera of 51 out
of 89 (57.3%) chickens sampled.
