Abstract

This project answers the question by performing research and case study analysis and finally, developing a solution. The project document commences with a background on the LLP and charge model concepts before detailing company strategies and their impact on supply chain requirements together with the criteria influencing the selection of an appropriate charge model. Finally, the results of the research and case study analysis conducted are amalgamated in the development of a decision making tool utilising the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) framework, providing a rational approach to selecting the appropriate charge model.
