dc.description.abstract Lecturers at institutions often struggle with the amount of time and work that they are dedicating to improve their online courses. Those who make time to update their online courses often concentrate on features that only store information for the students to retrieve later and do not necessarily consider the broad spectrum of the features that can be used to improve the interaction and engagement between the lecturer and the student. The presentation seeks to emphasise the use of methods that can improve the design of an existing blended course. Chapters en_US
