2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105814Clinical history : A 25 year old female who had extended labor 6 years ago.An abdominal operation was previously done but the patient had a cervico-vaginal fistula.When patient had gradually become comatose and terminal, a blood transfusion of 500 ml.% was administered.Autopsy findings : 1. Bronchopneumonia.2. Both uteruses has been transplanted in the sigmoid colon.3. Bilateral hydro-ureter, hydro-nephrosis and acute or chronic pyelonephritis.Diagnosis: Hydronephrosis with acute receding of chronic pyelonephritis
