2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106519Clinical history : A 3 month old male with supported breathing and attacks of apnea a month after birth.After investigation, a pansystolic murmur was found over the pericardium with no sinosus.The patient was experiencing heart failure and was provisionally diagnosed of ventricular septal defect.The child later developed bronchopneumonia.Autopsy findings : 1. Transposition of the great vessels with an overriding pulmonary artery over the ventricular septal defect (Taussig-Bing syndrome).Diagnosis: Taussig bing anomaly
