Sometimes, governments have argued that this abstract imposition of communication is meant to stabilize the outcomes of complex inter-governmental synergies. Some have also argued that a single window system of communication can alleviate the complexities encountered in the delivery of vital goods and services in government settings. It is within this confine that this paper is forced to examine the concepts and ideas behind the institution of an e-Government strategy towards service delivery.113848 bytesapplication/pdfenSouth African Association for Public Administration and ManagementSouth African public servicePublic sector service deliveryElectronic service deliveryE-governmentSouth African governmentConsumer protectionPrivacySecurityTaxationIntellectual property rights and domain namesTelecommunications marketPricing policyInternet in public administration -- South AfricaElectronic technology and service delivery in the South African public servicePostprint Article
