Healing lepromatous leprosy.2. Renal amyloidosis with nephrotic syndrome and ascites.3. Amyloidosis of the liver, spleen and adrenal gland.4. Lepromatous infiltration of the ulnar nerve, spleen, liver and lymph nodes.Diagnosis: 1. Amyloidosis of the spleen.2.
