Acute suppurative sinusitis.2. Sagittal sinus thrombosis with septic cortical thrombophlebitis.3. Cerebral infarction.4. Pulmonary embolism.5. Abscess lower lobe left lung.Diagnosis: Thrombophlebitis with sinus sagittalis
