International communication has made the world smaller, and multicultural education has become a need which every country, nation and church has to address. A lot has happened on the political and ecclesiastical fronts in South Africa since 1990. The division between peoples due to apartheid has largely disappeared in some urban circles. Multicultural church services created a challenge to the Nederduitsch Hervormde Kerk van Afrika as well.
