2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106321Clinical history : A pregnant 24 year old female patient developed acute abdominal symptoms.Examination showed larger uterus for gestation period and at operation bilateral multi/ocular ovarian cysts were removed.Diagnosis of granulosa and theca cysts were made.Due to possible mola hydatidosa amnion fluid aspiration was done but normal fluid was obtained.Post operatively the patient aborted a twin pregnancy.Diagnosis: Granulosa and theca lutein cysts of ovary.Normal twin pregnancy.
