Primary hepatocellular carcinoma of the right lobe of the liver.2. Vericose endocarditis with meniscus intimal endocarditis injury of myocardial arteries and secondary myocardial necrosis.3. Outgrowth of liver carcinoma and the peripancreatic lymph nodes.Diagnosis: 1. Hepatocellular carcinoma2. Verrucous carcinoma of mitral and aortic valves
