Acute or chronic bilateral endocarditis with perforation of the valve segment of the aortis valve and a small aneurism of the aortic valve.2. Local myocardial fibrosis and necrosis.3. Old infarction in the spleen and kidneys.4. Bronchopneumonia.Diagnosis: Acute or chronic bacterial endocarditis with perforation of one of the aortic valve segments and a small aneurism of the aortic valve ring
