2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106345Clinical history : A white man 39-years old collapsed while mowing the lawn.Subarachnoid haemorrhage was diagnosed and angiogram showed large aneurysm of right medial cerebral artery.Postoperative hemiparesis developed and the patient died after 48 hours.Autopsy findings : 1. Congenital aneurysm of left cerebri media.2. Brain infarction in basal ganglia and cortex and right-sided edema.3.
