2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106405Clinical history : A female child patient with swelling of the abdomen and feet for two months.Investigation shows there is edema of the legs and a liver which was palpable with many ascites and 1 + albumin in the urine and showed hypo-albuminia with high levels of alpha 2 and gamma globulin.Autopsy findings : 1. Tuberculosis ulcaration of the ileum and colon.2. Pronounced threatening tuberculosis lymohadenitis of the mesenteric and para-aortic lymph nodes.3. Tuberculosis bronchopneumonia.4. Millary tuberculosis of the liver, spleen and pancreas.5. Pronounced fatty liver.Diagnosis: Tuberculosis enteritis and moving tuberculosis lymphadenitis with malabsorption or protein loss enteropathy
