2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106512Clinical history : A 40 year old female patient was diagnosed with pleuritis in November 1964; a thoracotomy in October 1965 showed right-sided pleural mesothelioma.The tumour responded to therapy with Natulan and radioactive cobalt but recurrence in April 1967 led to death in September 1967.Autopsy findings : 1. Pleural mesothelioma of right lung with direct lymphatic; infiltration including hilar lymph nodes.2. Confluent bronchopneumonia.Diagnosis: Pleural mesothelioma
