Anne is in 1954 op Waterval Boven gebore, het in 1970 aan die Afrikaanse Hoër Meisieskool, Pretoria met vyf onderskeidings matrikuleer en in 1975 met ‘n BVSc-graad aan die Onderstepoort Veterinêre Fakukteit gradueer.
