Dilation of the left ventricle with mitral thrombosis.2. No valve scars and no signs of coronary closure.3. Centrilobular congestion, fatty liver and gal retention of the liver.4. Infarction of the inferior lobe of the right lung with pulmonary thrombosis.5. Chronic venous congestion.Diagnosis: Idiopathic endocardiomyopathy
