2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105653Clinical history : A 57 year old with stage 4 lymphoma of the diffused, mixed type whichwas diaganosed 18 months prior to death.The patient was treated with chemotherapy and presented with abdominal lymphadenopathy and hepatosplenomegaly 4 months before death.The patient also had terminal hemorrhagic ascites.Autopsy findings : 1. Treated malignnat lymphoma in remission.2. Myeloproliferating disease with bleeding tendancies.Diagnosis: Extra-medullary hemopoiesis
