Optimal conditions for routine plaque assay were determined and certain basic requirements substantiated. The technique was used to determine the thermal stability of the virus under various conditions and in selected biological stabilizers.en© 1967 ARC - Onderstepoort and Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Pretoria (original). © 2016 University of Pretoria.
