Primary bronchus carcinoma in the apical segment of the inferior lobe of the right lung.2. Vascular emphysema.3. Multiple outgrowths in the liver, mediastinal lymph nodes, kidneys and spinal cord.Diagnosis: Metastatic carcinoma
