2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106565Clinical history : A 57 year old male with xanthoma of the skin of the oral cavity.There was also suspicion of laringeal xanthoma and the patient also showed signs of Parkinsons with cerebellar injury.Autopsy findings : 1. Multiple xanthoma of the skin, oral cavity, larynx, trachea and bronchi.2. Bilateral gliosis of the globus pallidus with atrophy of the left cerebellar half.Diagnosis: Xanthoma disseminatum with bilateral gliosis of the globus pallidus and cerebellar atrophy
