This session will provide some take-away common thoughts that emanate from them. The concept of “Critical Thinking”, “divergent thinking”, “blue-sky thinking” purely means taking a wider perspective view on all tasks at all levels of detail and complexity. Without that those initial perspectives, the development of transport plans and infrastructure designs can result in undesirable consequences, either in the end result or the cost of repeat work during the design process.
