2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106035Clinical history : A 59 year old male with a diagnosis of Addison's disease.The investigation presented a low blood pressure with an enlarged liver and weak kidney.The lack of liver function resulted in weak albumin with positive flocculation test.Autopsy findings : 1. Postnecrotic liver cirrhosis with siderosis with hematochromatic distributions of the hemosiderin.2. Interstitial fibrosis of the pancreas.3. Benign nephrosclerosis.4. Oesophageal varices.Diagnosis: Post necrotic liver cirrhosis with paired cirrhosis
