Septal liver fibrosis and siderosis.2. Small primary hepatocellular carcinoma.3. Siderosis with hemochromatic distribution of the iron.4. Tuberculosis lymphadenitis.5. Duodenal ulcer.Diagnosis: Bantu siderosis with hemochromatic distribution
