The mean death time for the isolates was determined to ascertain the virulence of the virus. Infectivity trial showed that the paramyxovirus was nonvirulent for 60- and 4-week-old chickens infected by the intraocular and intratracheal routes.en©ARC - Onderstepoort and Faculty of Veterinary Science, University of Pretoria (original). ©University of Pretoria.
