Centrilobular emphysema.2. Pulmonary thrombo-embolism.3. Bronchopneumonia.4. Coronary atherosclerosis with sub-endocardial necrosis and mural thrombosis.5. Liver cirrhosis with portal vei thrombosis.Diagnosis: Macronodular cirrhosis with left lobe atrophy and portal venous thrombosis
