2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106410Clinical history : A 2 year old female with along history of heart failure and a case of gstro-enteritis 6 months ago after she had gone into heart failure.Coxsackie virus was isolated from the stool of the patient who presented with a typical pattern of myocarditis and died with signs of heart failure.Autopsy findings : 1. Chronic myocarditis with endocardial thrmobosis which is sign of Coxsackie virus etiology.2. Chronic venous congestion.Diagnosis: Chronic viral myocarditis
