2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106120Clinical history : A 14-year-old male patient suffered from jaundice for four years.Needle biopsy of the liver showed subacute massive necrosis.Serum bilirubin values diminished slowly and the patient was discharged but had to be re-admitted into hospital due to shortness of breath and coughing.He died shortly afterwards.Autopsy findings : 1. Subacute liver necrosis.2. Peptic ulcer in duodenum.3. Staphylococcus pneumonia mostly in upper lobe of right lung with central necrosis.Diagnosis: 1. Staphylococcus pneumonia2.
