Good differentiating sqamous cell carcinoma of the right superior lobar bronchus.2. Metastasis in ribs, vertebral coloumn, thyroid and lymph nodes.3. Bilateral septal tuberculosis.Diagnosis: Metastatic Squamous cell carcinoma
