2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106552Clinical history : A 65 year old man had malignant melanoma of the skin of the sacral region in January 1963.Local recurrence was noted a year later as well as pulmonary metastases.A 3 year remission was induced with cytostatic and radiotherapy by local recurrence and brain metastases occurred in June 1967.Autopsy findings : Metastatic malignant melanoma in lung, heart, liver, pancreas, kidney, adrenal gland, thyroid gland, spleen, bone marrow, sternum and ribs.Diagnosis: Multiple metastases of malignant melanomaM788: Vertebral column
