Aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery of the circle of Willis and subarachnoidal haematoma in the frontal area of the brain.2. Infarction of the right cerebral hemisphere in the fronto-parietal region.Diagnosis: 1. Aneurysm of the anterior communicating artery with cerebral infarction
