2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106664Clinical history : A female patient, 33-years old, with personality changes had right-sided hemiplegia on examination.Angiogram showed a large tumour in the left frontal region of the brain and at operation extension of the tumour to the subarachnoid space was found A partial resection of the tumour caused heavy blood loss.The patient died two days after operation.Autopsy findings : 1. Grade III-IV atherosclerosis of aorta and rest of arterial system.2. Benign nephrosclerosis.3. Tumour of 8th cranial nerve on the left side with secondary internal hydrocephalus.4.
