2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106446Clinical history : A white male 37 years of age with longstanding hypertension.Sudden spontaneous subarachnoidal haemorrhage followed two days later by further bleeding and raised intra cranial pressure.A tracheostomy was done and angiogram studies showed an aneurysm of the mid cerebral artery on the left side.Initial improvement of the patient's condition was followed by death five days after the initial attack.Autopsy findings : 1.
