2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106815Clinical history : A 19 year old female with epistaxis, ascites and mild peripheral edema.The blood pressure was measured as 240/140 and the patient went into kidney failure and pronounced hematuria and proteinuria was seen.The blood urea levels were 61 mmol/L and the creatinine levels were 1,5 ml/min.The patient's condiotion deteriorated and eventually passed from respiratory failure.Autopsy findings : 1. Malignnat phase hyper.2. Chronic glomerulonephritis with lipid nephrosis.3. Bronchpnuemonia.Diagnosis: Final stage glomerulonephritis.Malignant necrosis.Lipoid nephrosisM1040: Right kidney
