2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106101Clinical history : A 77-year old man had previous lobectomy of lung and was admitted to hospital with complaints of weight and appetite loss and fatigue.Barium-swallow was performed and clinical diagnosis of gastric carcinoma made.Autopsy findings : 1. Bilateral pulmonary fibrosis.2. Primary gastric carcinoma (lienitis plastica type).3. Tumour metastases in regional lymph nodes and liver.Diagnosis: Adenocarcinoma with diffuse mural infiltration (lienitis Plastica)
