2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106306Clinical history : A 69 year old male with a history of skull traction due to a suspected fracture to the cervical spine which resulted in osteitis development of the skull and a cerebral abscess.The abscess was surgically removed and the patient had improved.The patient then reported paresis of the right arm and acute abdomen with jaundice.A radiograph presented with large gallstones and a diagnosis of obstructive jaundice was made.Autopsy findings : 1. Cerebral scar in the region which was previously operated.2. Acute haemorrhaging pancreatitis.3. Old calcification in the right lobe of the liver.4.
