2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106450Clinical history : A 83 year old female with an inoperable bladder carcinoma which was irradiated and later complained of cramping pain in the lower abdomen.A laparotomy was done and a diagnosis of ischemic enterocolitis was made.Autopsy findings : 1. Pronounced ulcerating colitis.2. Hemorrhaging cystitis in the bladder with carcinoma infiltration in the bladder wall.Diagnosis: Acute ulcerative colitis
