2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106427Clinical history : A 70 year old man with back ache had lytic lesions of the vertebral column on X-ray examination.Diagnosis of metastatic carcinoma was made but no primary tumour could be found.Protein electrophoresis showed an abnormal band in the beta-gamma region and immuno-electrophoresis showed the presence of IGG protein.Autopsy findings : 1. Multiple myelomatosis.2. Renal involvement with uraemia.Diagnosis: Multiple myelomatosisM664: Vertebral column (absent) and kidney.
