2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105579Clinical history : A 75-year old patient had left sided mastectomy for breast carcinoma in 1970.Post-operative radiotherapy and from 1975, chemotherapy was given.In 1982 the patient was admitted into hospital with wide spread metastases.She previously had a left sided hip replacement.Autopsy findings : 1. Metastatic breast carcinoma in lungs, liver, bones, adrenal gland, skin and lymph nodes.2. Left sided hip replacement.3. Frontal brain atrophy.Diagnosis: Hip joint replacement.Metastatic breast carcinoma
