2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106908Clinical history : A 40 year old patient with menorrhagia and lower abdominal pain.A tumour was felt in the right Fallopian tube.The patient had severe anaemia and blood was found in the pouch of Douglas on colpotomy.At operation a ruptured ectopic tubal pregnancy on the right side was present and the uterus had multiple leiomyomas.Diagnosis: Benign myoma of the uterus
