Idiopathic endomyocardiopathy.2. Signs if chronic venous congestion and ascites.3. Infarction of the inferior lobe of the left lung.4. Chronic pyelonephritis.Diagnosis: Idiopathic endomyocarditus with left ventricle with mural thrombosis
