However, ‘spilt milk’ and ‘spoiled milk’ are the subject of completely different conversations. The one implies that we should not worry about things that we no longer have control of, while the other teaches us the importance of ensuring complete control so that we never have to worry in the first place. The correct storage and preservation of grains to prevent mycotoxin contamination can often be like spoiled milk – avoidable if all goes well, but requiring vigilance throughout the storage and preservation processes.en© AgriConnect.
