2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106633Clinical history : A male white child 8 years old with history of fatigue, listlessness, weight loss and sudden severe backache.Clinical diagnosis of ventriculo-septal coagulase positive staphylococcus was isolated from blood culture and bacterial endocarditis suspected.The patient developed terminal massive haematemesis and haemoptysis.Autopsy findings : 1. Coarctation of aorta with mycotic aneurysm rupturing into the oesophagus and upper ยท lobe of right lung.2.. Bicuspid aorta valve.3. Left ventricular hypertrophy.4.
