Coarctation of aorta with mycotic aneurysm rupturing into the oesophagus and upper · lobe of right lung.2.. Bicuspid aorta valve.3. Left ventricular hypertrophy.4. Abnormal wide sinus oesophagus.Diagnosis: Coarctation of the aorta with a mycotic aneurysm distally and with a rupture to the oesophagus
