2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106943Clinical history : A 34 year old male with a long history of rhumatoid arthritis with attack of small and large wrists.The patient then had a gastrectomy for stomach ulceration after steroid therapy and developed dyspnea which resulted in the diagnosis of a large right pleural effusion with aortic insuffiency.Autopsy findings : 1. Rhumatoid arthritis.2. Rhumatoid aortitis with rhumatoid valvitis of the aortic valve.3. Aortic valve insuffiency with left ventricular hypertrophy and dilation.4.
