2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/105725Clinical history : A 6 year old female with a diagnosis of bronchopneumonia and myocarditis in October.In February, a control radiograph of the lungs in left apical focus was done as there was a suspicion of tuberculosis.The PPD was positive and she was administered with anti-tuberculosis treatment.Following the treatment, she had developed a widespread drug sensitivity with epidermolysis.Autopsy findings : 1. Epidermolysis.2. Healing primary tuberculosis complex in the lungs.3.Fibrosis of the hilum and tracheo-bronchial lymph nodes.4. Healing tuberculosis ulcer in the small intestine.5. Multiple areas of old ulcerations in the stomach probably due to tuberculosis gastritis.6. Healing tuberculosis pericarditis.Diagnosis: Healing tuberculosis gastritis and enteritis
