2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106634Clinical history : A 1 year old male with heart failure and often suffered from nosocomial tachycardia as well as pneumonia and bronchitis and later presnted with a nosocomial tachycardiaand was diagnosed with ventricular septal defect.Autopsy findings : 1. 2 abnormal veins of the right lung which drained into the superior vena cava.2. Open ductus arteriosus and foramen ovale.3. Ventricular septal defect.4. Right ventricular hypertrophy.Diagnosis: 1. Abnormal venous drainage of the right lung in the superior vena cava.2. Open ductus arteriosus and foramen ovale.3. Ventricular septal defect.4. Right ventricular hypertrophy
