2025-11-272025-11-27http://hdl.handle.net/2263/106392Clinical history : A middle aged femle with a loss of consious and a left hemiplegia was diagnosed with a blood pressure change of 240-160 mm.Hg systolic.The cerebrospinal fluid had blood in it and an angiogram showed possible aneurysm in the region middle cerebral artery on the right.Autopsy findings : 1. Aneurysm of the right cerebral artery in the region of the bifurcation which burst with subarchnoidal bleeding.2. Small aneurysm in the same position as the opposite side.3.
